Our online discussion panel encourages learning and collaboration among student members. Please maintain respectful conduct at all times.

• Do not use inappropriate language, offensive remarks, or discriminatory statements of any kind.
• Avoid spamming, meaningless threads, or irrelevant content that disrupts the community.
• Repeated violations may lead to account suspension and referral to university disciplinary procedures.
• Club administrators reserve the right to remove content and ban users who violate community guidelines.

By uploading your photo or participating in club events, you grant the society permission to display your image for leaderboards, badges, or promotional content. You retain ownership of your content but authorize its use for community purposes.

• Club merchandise (like T-shirts) requires a 50% down payment to confirm your order.
• Refunds may be considered under special circumstances, subject to the decision of the club finance committee.
• The club does not store sensitive payment information. All transactions are handled securely through trusted payment services.

By registering, you consent to receive email updates about events, challenges, and club announcements. You may opt out of non-essential notifications at any time.

• While we strive to maintain a secure system, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or complete protection from technical issues.
• The club is not responsible for damages, data loss, or unauthorized access resulting from external factors beyond our control.
